Thursday

hmm. Not a good day diet wise. Or exercise wise for that matter.

I still have really sore and stiff muscles in my thighs from my last two workouts and so I wasn't planning on doing any exercise but I started drinking cans of coke early in the morning, at the movies (along with popcorn) again in the afternoon and followed it all with a big, fat laden piece of chocolate cake.

Its as thought eating sugar makes me crave it even more. Therefore, I am going to cut back on my sugar intake and see if that makes the cravings disappear. Its going to be interesting to see how long it takes before the cravings disappear. God! I sound like a smoker or alcoholic trying to give up my 'fix'. But, in a way, the sugar is my drug. I have it to make myself feel better. To get that 'high'. What am I planning on replacing it with? Green tea and water with lemon. The water with lemon worked really well the last time I successfully dropped weight. (from 58kg to 52kg to be exact).
