A well deserved break

Thanks guys for your support. I still feel like crap so I've taken the day off work.

I'm honestly starting to freak out about getting into shape for the wedding considering its only a little over 6 weeks away. ahhhh!!!!!! so not being able to exercise is frustrating.

The dress is in the process of being made and I'm crossing fingers and toes that it turns out ok (and turns up in time).

Once I can breath properly again, I'm going to be working out and dieting like a celebrity getting ready to hit the red carpet. I'll keep you updated with posts and pics so stay tuned.

  2. Here are some tricks I have learnt.

    1. Get any 'temptation foods' far, far away! (you will justify eating the junk food if it is in your face) so don't have it in the house.

    2. If you have to go to a social function, eat before you go. That way you can only nibble on a couple of tasties before you are full.

    3. Brush your teeth after a meal and you wont want to 'graze' while watching tv afterwards.

    4. When trying yourself to exercise, think about it has just moving your body and how nice that little buzz feels afterwards.

    5. I did this one for surf girl - when walking on the treadmill, in my mind I was strutting my stuff in all different kinds of outfits....in a HOT body. Focus on the positive and your body will follow.
