I started off really well today. Got up at 5.30am and did shred workout. Followed it up with a shake. Had yoghurt and a carrot for morning tea. Lunch was another shake. Drank lots of water throughout the day. But then........
Scott wanted to take me out to sushi for dinner. We were halfway there when I remembered that I'm not supposed to have rice on the celebrity slim shakes diet. Whoops. Stuffed myself with sushi cause I felt really hungry and then paid for it with an uncomfortably full stomach.
At least I didn't have the icecream that Scott offered to buy me afterwards.
Ohh, just remembered. Also had a piece of homemade caramel slice that a lady brought into work. Only because she put it on my desk and walked away. So it would have been rude to not eat it.....wouldn't it.
