Bloody hell. This is really hard.
Did really well yesterday and avoided beer and softdrink when Scott and I went to the surfclub and instead sipped water. I even ordered a Thai Beef Salad instead of the usual Chicken Parmi. Sigh!
I have started the 30 Day Shred....again. The sweat was dripping off of me but I did feel better afterwards. Now I need to keep it up for the next 29 days.
I don't know what I'm going to do about the trip to Bundy. We are leaving Saturday morning and coming back Monday. Am thinking I could do the workout on Sat morning before we leave, just do some basic exercise on the Sunday and do another shred workout Monday night. We'll see.
