Yes, I am still doing well with the exercise, pretty much an hour brisk walk every day. My sister drops by around 8am and walking with her makes the time go fast. It is a beautiful walk. Along the pathway next to the beach and around a small cliff and back again. This time of year is a little brisk but that's a good thing because it makes you walk faster. Lol.
I don't think I would go as far on my walk if I didn't have my sis along with me. So, if you want to get motivated, go with someone that will push you and be consistent on the days you would rather stay in bed!
I'm still having some naughty slip ups. I had some (a couple of handfuls) Doritos the other day when I was feeling stressed. I also had a small post-mix coke at the bowling alley when I was feeling mad. hmm the connection here is bad mood. Reminder to Kelly, learn how to deal with stress better.
I have only been walking most mornings and doing weights three times a week but the weight has been coming off, thank goodness. I think I'll start doing pilates to get in and do some extra toning.
No photos at the moment but will definitely start posting them again.
