Rolled out of bed this morning and went for a 40 minute walk. Along the way, I stopped 3 times to do step ups on really, really high seats. The first time I did 10 each leg, the second 15 and the third, 20.
Then when I got home and looked up what weights I had to do today....it was lower body. Yep. That's right. Lunges, squats ahhhhh!!!!!!
My legs are a little sore now. I can just imagine what they will feel like tomorrow.
Very proud of myself cause have avoided junk and caffeine today. Wasn't easy but I distracted myself by visiting my sister and drinking lots (and lots) of water.
