Just polished off a big bowl of cornflakes with skim milk and sugar in an attempt to curb my hunger and sweet cravings.
Didn't end up doing any exercise today cause enjoyed a lovely sleep in with Scott. By the time we got going it was lunchtime. Probably should do something this afternoon but we have been invited to a drinks thing with friends this afternoon/evening (Scott doesn't know what time we are meant to go) so I'm using that as an excuse to slack off.
I have been really good at upping my water intake in the last three days. It really does help to have a bottle of water on hand to sip out of any time you feel like snacking but your not actually hungry.
