Thursday 1st July

Got my backside out of bed this morning and went for a walk up and down some VERY steep hills. Got back and did weights. Have eyed off biscuits and contemplated going and buying some diet coke but have kept to simple foods and water. BIG PAT ON BACK!

It's only been one day and already I feel defeated and scared stiff at the many days ahead of me feeling deprived. I just keep reminding myself that I want to look good in my engagement photos and I want to have freedom to wear different styles of clothes and rock them all (no more sucky in pants).

One day down, MANY more to come...


Going to start journaling my food intake in an attempt to keep me accountable for my food.

Breakfast - porridge with skim milk and tsp of brown sugar.
Snack - apple and yoghurt
Lunch - low fat, wheat free mushroom and bacon pasta with lite cream and soy evap skim milk
Snack - grapefruit
Dinner - two slices home made, low-fat chicken and vegie pizza
